Training Services

A well trained workforce is a very important part of any profitable and growing company. And as the pace of technological and workplace change constantly increasing, skills upgrading is becoming a priority for every industry.

For over a decade, CSTEC has worked with employers, unions, education and training institutions and governments to develop a wide range of training courses to meet this skills upgrading challenge. These training courses are designed in a flexible modularized format to meet the needs of different workplaces.

The training courses address four key areas of skill development, Essential skills development, Foundation skills development, General Technical skills development and Steel Industry Specific skills development.
